Why FREE??

I worked very hard and relitively smart to become financially secure and still want to contribute towards society, while society allows me to contribute with my brain.

"Why not get a payed job?", you ask. I can. The answer is complicated and best explained at an interview with you.

There is much LIFE in my LOAF (of bread = head). I have fresh sandwiches to make (metaphorically). Consumers may eat my brain (metaphorically).

My cloud is a tag cloud of interrelated diciplines which, combined, become "business" and the business of advertising.

Selling¹, Marketing², Advertising³, Writing⁴, Designing⁵ and Multimedia Production⁶... and "business" qualifications, including Dip. Accounting, Dip. Bus. Management and various related certificates.

1. Sales Manager, Sales Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Sales Representative, Retail Sales Assistant, Wholesale Sales Assistant...B2B, B2C.
2. Marketing Diploma + EXTENSIVE further education, beyond a degree + EXTENSIVE related EXPERIENCE.
3. Top-of-the-class for creativity, when studying advertising... after years of serving Advertising Agencies as a supplier.
4. Advertising Copywriting, Script Writing, Profile Writing, Marketing Plans, Business Plans, Reports and Analysis
5. Audio-Visual Design Diploma + related experience.
6. Print Media + Digital Media (mostly online)... The most DIVERSE and SPECIALIZED EXPERIENCE... My life for over 20 years

From my cloud, I came, metaphorically, down to earth and earthy, manual work, to help a friend.

Subsequently, I have no idea, at all, of my creative abilities within an Advertising Agency environment. Perhaps my:

• writing is only as good as Shakespeare - The African tribesman
• Selling ability is so bad, I could not sell alcohol to a drunk sailor, or:
• I could fail, Advertising free beer!!!!

Or... I may be OK, or better. At least, I will not cost you a cent. It's worth tossing the coin.

What can I do for you?

• My interrelated knowledge is better than from "a to z"... It is from a to z to a. In other words, I can help in any area of your business, as an assistant or relief for a sick worker, and while taking a holistic approach to any specialised job.
• I can help you with the repetative, time-consuming, irritating tasks you do not want to do, allowing YOU to have more time and freedom to provide better service to your boss and customers... and your co-workers.

I want to contribute towards society, beyond flushing the toilet or taking out the garbage.

You get me as free as a bird... How cliché... Try harder, Michael... Not a bird which says: "CHEAP", but a well-educated parrot which squawks: "FREE".

2. ... as free as secondhand toilet paper (which has two sides). How un-environmental are we?, I ask, rhetorically.
3. ... as free as a skateboarding small tree... "bonsai, dude", I say.

I have done my research and beleive your company and you are great!!!! I will not work for free for any company or person who is not at the top of the advertising tree... except an angel at Christmas. If you do not respond within two weeks, I will assume you are not interested and approach your competitors.

PS. Almost ALL of what you have read, I wrote "on-the-fly"... AND without the benefit of FEEDBACK or PROOFREADERS. If you don't like any, some or most of the wording - Please give feedback on the feedback form, at the end. Furthermore, writing for a physical PRODUCT or SERVICE as an entity - one can boast (which is dissipated by the contributors) of it's qualities and benefits, which is VERY DIFFERENT to writing about oneself. Think about it. Finally. Much of the wording has been "designed" to elicit the right boss. I hope it is you.
